The Clemens's Story

Tim Clemens and his family started their relationship with Justin when looking to buy a home when they moving back to the Rochester area. He was able to give the young couple a great understanding of what they were getting into and was very patient in making sure they got what they wanted. The relationship has lasted for 13 years now and grew into a great personal relationship. During that time period, Tim had done 6 real estate transactions selling 3 times and buying 3 times and the Clemens couldn't imagine using anyone else.  

Why Justin?

Tim had known Justin previously through his relationship with his younger brother. Once Tim and his family decided to move back to the Rochester area he knew that Justin had been working in the real estate industry and he would be someone he could trust. He was also very knowledgeable of the real estate industry and will make sure that at the end of the day you're comfortable with the decision.

What Stuck Out To You?

One of the major moments that stuck out to Tim with Justin was the most recent home that they sold. He was able to sell their home the day before it went live on the market and for list price. 

How Was Justin Different?

Justin is cutting edge when it comes to marketing. He did the 3D mapping of the house that really displays the layout out of the house extremely well. He didn't stop there, he brought in a drone team and put together a really cool video of the house that was a major factor in selling the home. The video was so well put together that it actually brought Tim's wife Melissa to tears.
